GOVERNANCE SUSTAINABILITY

We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance, as outlined by the MCCG, and we conduct our business with professionalism and ethics. To maintain strong governance, we have implemented the following key policies:

• Governance Structure: We have integrated MCCG principles into our governance framework, with clear reporting lines to Board Committees and Senior Management, ensuring accountability and adherence to governance duties, as outlined in our Board Charter and Group policies.
• Anti-Corruption: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering, supported by our Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Whistle-blowing policies in line with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and Whistleblower Protection Act 2010.
• Data Protection: We safeguard personal data through our Personal Data Protection Policy, ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.ISO
• Accreditation: We have achieved ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for quality management in the manufacturing of fertiliser.

While we currently have 2 women directors out of 7, our Board fully supports the MCCG’s gender diversity agenda. We aim to achieve 30% women representation on the Board within two years of our Listing.
